1. Purchase Request
Complete the "PURCHASE ORDER" form at the bottom of this page. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and select your preferred payment method.
2. Confirmation & Payment Link
Our team will review your request and send an official email from violin.strikell@gmail.com or contacto@strikell.com. We will provide the bank details or a secure payment link (PayPal, Payoneer, or Western Union).
Note: If you do not receive our email within 24 hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
3. Shipping via DHL Express
Once payment is confirmed, your equipment will be carefully packaged and dispatched via DHL Express within the next 48 business hours.
4. Tracking & Delivery
As soon as your package is en route, we will provide your tracking number so you can monitor your international shipment in real-time, right to your doorstep.
Important Shipping Note: DHL Express shipping is Free of Charge. However, please note that any import taxes or customs duties applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
