Purchase Process · ARQ Line
1-Instrument Purchase:
Place your order directly through our website by selecting the chosen model (Forza or Luma) and whether you would like it in 4 or 5 strings.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Payoneer, or credit/debit card.
2- Order Confirmation:
Once your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email from violin.strikell@gmail.com or contacto@strikell.com to verify your shipping details and provide the estimated shipping date.
- Note: If you do not receive our email within 24 hours, please check your Spam or Junk Mail folder.
3- Instrument ProductiOn:
After your order is placed, your violin enters the construction and calibration process.
The estimated production time is approximately 4 months.
In case the instrument is in stock or completed earlier than the estimated time frame, you will receive an updated email with the revised shipping date.
4- International Shipping:
Once completed, the instrument is shipped via DHL Express at no additional shipping cost.
- Note: Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. No shipments are made during national holidays in Argentina.
5- Package Contents:
The selected violin is shipped along with its protective case.
The bow is not included.
6- Shipment Tracking:
Once the violin has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your international shipment in real time until delivery.
