Purchase Process
At Strikell, each violin in the Organic Line is built to order and handled personally, ensuring clear follow-up throughout the entire process.
1 — Purchase Order
Complete the form at the bottom of this page indicating your chosen model (Nature, Saline, Volcano, or Terra), version (4 or 5 strings), shipping details, and preferred payment method.
2 — Confirmation & Payment
Our team will review your request and send an official email from violin.strikell@gmail.com or contacto@strikell.com with the order confirmation and payment instructions (PayPal or Payoneer).
Once payment is confirmed, the instrument enters production.
3 — Shipping & Tracking
Once production is completed, the instrument will be shipped via DHL Express. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Pricing
We offer a 10% discount on all ORGANIC Line models for single-payment purchases, as well as interest-free financing for up to 4 installments.
